Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@saferidelight.com and include your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or develops a fault under normal use, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or as soon as the issue becomes apparent.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or alternative solution at our discretion. Photographic or video evidence may be required to assess the issue.

Issues caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed by contacting customer support. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
